In her work for TMP, Ellen consulted Fortune 500 clients on employer branding, creative messaging, interactive strategy, advertising, metrics, and recruitment and retention strategy and developed the agency’s first social networking partnership with corporate social networking pioneer SelectMinds. For LinkedIn, Ellen created and executed a human resources channel development strategy, strategically positioning LinkedIn Corporate Solutions, including sourcing and recruiting solutions, with human resources agency and technology partnerships, corporate executives, industry organizations, and the human capital community.
Ellen leads executives in analysis and discussion of corporate/enterprise Social Networking and community strategy. She is a guest analyst for the Institute for Corporate Productivity, leading technology and strategy assessments of Web 2.0, Social Networking and Social Media. She has presented on Social Networking and HR Strategy at the International Quality & Productivity Center’s Human Capital Management Exchange, the HR-XML Consortium, and the Human Resources Planning Society. She is a contributing author for the society’s upcoming People and Strategy Future Report, outlining future implications of social networking on talent workforce issues.
